Background


LovelyLox was a small, local wig boutique in Gravesend, Kent, challenged with moving into the modern, digital world. Having grown a local client base, LovelyLox were struggling to increase sales as the industry of E-Commerce was on the rise. Having dabbled in Social Media, LovelyLox were keen to build an online presence.



The Project

We were tasked with rebranding the company to make it suitable for all social media channels as well as web. Despite already running a Facebook page, social media was largely alien to our client, so we introduced them to Instagram, a powerful tool for showing off their product ranges and interacting with customers.


We built an E-Commerce website, fully functional with payment processing and shipping policies. The E-Commerce solution successfully tracked their inventory, an issue the small team at LovelyLox had been faced with previously. There was a strong focus on UX Design when building the website, minimalising the required clicks from browsing to completing a purchase, following the Amazon model.
